An alternative procedure that lasts even longer than Microblading is Microshading. The idea behind Microshading and Microblading is identical; however, the technique has been slightly modified. Microblading is a procedure in which the skin around the brows is effectively cut into the shape of fine hair using a hand-held tool with a tiny blade. While using an electronic device to insert pigment into the deeper layers of the skin, Microshading produces powder-brow rather than hair-like strokes. The outcome gives brows a fuller, softer finish comparable to a shadow.

The Microshading process requires two sessions. Some makeup artists combine the first session with the initial consultation.
You should refrain from the following to get ready for a Microshading procedure:
The makeup artist starts by assessing your face size and choosing the best form for your brows. Your technician will: Once you both decide on a shape,
Your brows will appear darker for up to five days following the surgery. As your eyebrows mend, the color will progressively become lighter. After around four weeks, they’ll have the same hue as your natural brow.
A second session will be scheduled for you in around eight weeks. This is the perfecting phase. Your makeup artist “perfects” the design at this appointment by thickening the brows and, if necessary, adjusting their contour. The second session lasts for roughly an hour.
